Smoking kills more people than alcohol, drug abuse, suicide, accidents such as car and fire and AIDS combined in the US! Deaths related to smoking can be prevented! • Heart: risk of heart attack, blocked arteries
  • Respiratory System: Chronic bronchitis & emphysema, lung cancer, asthma
  • Stomach: Stomach ulcers. stomach cancer

What's in a cigarette?

Tobacco companies are fighting the disclosure of the ingredients found in cigarettes, claiming it to be a 'trade secret'. But we do know that a cigarette contains over 4,000 chemicals, of which most of them are harmful.

Here is the list of substances that are 'harmless' and that we use possibly everyday.

1. Ascorbic Acid

2. Basil Oil
3. Beeswax
4. Butter Oil
5. Caffeine
6. Chocolate
7. Coconut Oil
8. Corn Oil
9. Honey
10. Lavender Oil
11. Malic Acid (found in apples)
12. Plum Juice ( yummy!!!)
13. Tannic Acid (found in tea)
14. Vinegar
15. Yeast

Sounds unbelievable huh? I never thought I would find such interesting stuff in a cigarette! Some of these products can be foundnaturally in food, and in fact, we use most of them for our daily consumption.

Here is the scary list. It is good enough to make you dump your whole packet of cigarettes!

1. Ammonia: Found in household cleaners.
2. Arsenic: Used in rat poisons.
3. Benzene: Used in making synthetic rubber and is cancer-causing.
4. Butane: Used as a fuel.
5. Carbon monoxide: It makes it harder for red blood cells to carry oxygen throughout the body.
6. Cadmium: Found in batteries.
7. Cyanide: Deadly poison.
8. DDT: A banned insecticide.
9. Lead: Poisonous in high doses.
10. Formaldehiyde: Used for preservation of dead animals/humans.
11. Methoprene: Insecticide.
12. Napthalene: Ingredient in mothballs.
13. Polonium: Radioactive and can cause cancer.
14. Tar : Used to build roads.

So, let me sum up what happens when you smoke a cigarette. You are trying to drink your toilet bowl cleaner, treating yourselflike a rat/insect, eating car batteries, protecting yourself against moths, and preserving yourself, ALL at the same time!

Most of the chemicals inhaled in cigarette smoke stay in the lungs. The more you inhale, the better it feels, and the moredamage you do to your body. They were added to make you tolerate the toxic amounts of cigarette smoke and with the intention to keep you addicted.
Quitting is an option. You do not have to bow to these chemicals anymore.

Peloop - Male Enhancement Review

I was approached by Peloop.com to do a review on their male enhancement 'ring'. It is simply worn at the bottom of your penis just like you wear a ring on your finger.

The technical details and how it works, you can check them out here :
http://www.peloop.com/

I shall cut the story short by sharing my personal experience with this product. I have been wearing it for around 4 weeks and in fact I feel good about it. Although there is no significant change in the size of my d****, I can feel that I am getting much firmer erections.

I try to wear it as often as I can, so I will even wear it to bed. Here is something interesting that happened in the wee hours of a particular morning...I had a hard-on and the whole ring 'snapped' open! I knew what was happening because I woke up from that feeling of the ring 'loosening'!

So, if you intend to use it, try to set it at a comfortable 'hold'. Not too loose lest it falls off at night and you got lotsa to explain to Mommy. Not too tight lest you get a hardon!

Although I do not notice a significant change in size, I get harder erections and I am relatively happy with this product. I am still using it as and when I can remember. Do try it if you have the chance. http://www.peloop.com/

Top 10 tips to losing the extra weight.

There are many reasons to lose weight, and losing weight is not as hard you as think. Before you go on your weight loss campaign, you need to know exactly why you are doing so. Some people lose weight for the sake of others. Others want to look and feel good about themselves. Most people do it for their own health. Whatever the reason is, it is important to note that you have to do it for yourself for sustained long-term effects.

Here are the top 10 tips that I have found useful. Here goes!

1. Choose an activity that fits into your schedule. It can be swimming, jogging, or walking your dog. The main idea is to do it consistently. If you are unable to do it on a regular basis, you will start to lose interest in the long run.

2. Eat 5 meals of smaller portions instead of the regular 3 meals. This will increase your metabolism as your body is working to disgest food all the time.

3. Eat calcium-rich foods. High-calcium diets favour burning than storing fats. However, your diet should be of low-fat as well. Stick to low-fat, high-calcium food sources such as milk, cheese and dark leafy vegetables.

4. Refrain from deep-frying your food. Choose to boil, steam, stew or make a soup. If you are stir-frying, use olive oil instead of cooking oil. Olive oil can significantly lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of heart attack as well.

5. Avoid watching TV while having dinner. Research has shown that those watching TV and dining at the same time tend to 'over-eat'.

6. Cut down on sugar. Less sugar for your coffee. Less sugar-coated donuts. Less coke. Less, less, less.....

7. Eat slowly. The stomach will take some time to tell your brain that it has taken enough for the day. If you gulp down your food, you are probably over-eating. Have you have the instances when you over-eat and only realise it after a while? You feel bloated, swollen and just feel like throwing up even though you were OK minutes ago.

8. Take lots of vegetables and fruits. Snack on them instead of cookie bars or popcorn. Go easy on the salad dressing though. Salad dressings are usually high in fats and sugars.

9. Be active all the time. If you need a break from the computer, just do some stretching or walk around the office. Just move your butt!

10. Adopt a 'losing' mentality. By constantly reminding yourself of your purpose, you are getting closer to your goals each day. You will feel motivated and charged up each day.

How to recover from a broken heart?

Awww.....I am sorry to hear about this, really.

If you are feeling really upset, that could mean that she meant a lot to you. Well, if you think you can STILL win her back, look for my other post " How to win her back". If not, here are some quick tips to get over it fast, and move on with your life. She doesn't own you a living, does she?

1. Accepting the situation
You got to realise that she is already part of your history and will no longer play any part in creating your future. You got to know that she will no longer be as important as before. Give her your blessings and make things easy for the both of you. Live with the fond memories that the both of you have created.

2. Accept responsibility, but do not put all the blame on yourself
Learn from the mistakes that you have done, and make improvements. Was there anything that she hinted way before this breakup? Was she trying to tell you that your behaviour was unacceptable at times? Is there any bad habit that she doen't like, such as smoking or gambling? No one is perfect though. You have to learn to improve on yourself but ultimately, the fault doesn't lie entirely on you.

3. Learn to love yourself
It is at this moment in your life that you feel like putting your face in your own shit! I was in your shoes before too! You feel as if the whole world has stopped. You feel like committing suicide (that's the dumbest thing you can ever think of). You feel unwanted, rejected and a total embarrassment to the world. But, HEY! The world is not going to stop spinning because you lost your love! And you have got fabulous friends and family who still care for you. Learn to pamper and reward yourself with goodies and do things that you never could have done when you were with her.

4. Giving your blessings
This is one of the most important aspect to complete your healing process. Learn to let go. The feeling can be wrenching, but once you overcome this, all things will be set straight. By blessing her wholeheartedly, you are also giving yourself the chance to move on in your life.

Get moving pal, the world is not coming to an end, at least not in the near future!

Choosing a job offer

If you are thinking of a career switch or a job change, there are a few factors that you need to consider before you make that jump. You could probably be head-hunted and offered a million dollars (probably I said) for the new job. But before you stick your head out like a donkey for the BIG carrot, take a minute and read this blog post.

Research, find out, ask, enquire.....
Ask employees of that company for feedback. Find out also how the company is performing, your workload and responsibilities, working environment, benefits, etc. The list is exhaustive, try and find out as much as you can about the company.

Is it your cup of tea?
Do you even like the jobscope? Will you be able to handle the pressure? Will you be spending less time with your family? Here are some questions that you need to answer to yourself and to your family.

Making the decision.....
Be sure to weigh the pros and cons carefully. A higher pay could also mean a greater workload with more responsibilities. Do seek help from those in your industry, but remember, once you make a decision, you will have to bear with your new job for the rest of your life, or until you decide to find another job. The main thing is, you gotta be happy with what you are doing.

I wish you all the best!
